-----I really enjoy Wignall. He writes about thoughtful hitmen, not only willing to kill, but also have true emotions. In fact, after reading his first novel PEOPLE DIE, I was curious if Wignall was writing about transcendentalist hitmen. The characters in his novels are well drawn and dark, but I'm not sure I'd call them hard boiled. There is a lot of reflection on death, on nature, on life. Interesting, almost literary reads, but they tell a story and are page turners. Well done.
