Just finished The Diamond Bikini and wanted to say I thought
it was brilliant. Not really hardboiled crime fiction, but a
good story. All told through the naive narration of a
seven-year-old boy, but Williams pulls it off as well as
something like To Kill a Mockingbird.
I've not read much by Williams to date, but now I want to
read more. I even want to read the sequel, Uncle
Sagamore.
