Many moons ago when we were going through the decades, someone recommended YOUNG MAN WITH A HORN, roughly framed around the life of Bix Beiderbecke. I was at Barnes and Noble a couple days ago and saw a trade paperback book titled 1929 by Turner. I read the back to see if it sounded interesting and it turned out to be another fictional account of the jazzman's life.

Anybody read it or anything else by Turner?
