Second follow-up: I just noticed that the cover of "Rafferty's Rules" shows a motorcycle gang jacket labeled "Hell's Angels, Texas". The gangs in the book are clearly delineated as NOT being Hell's Angels or in any way connected to them.

Whatever sells the book, I guess.
