Bill,
I picked up the Tam Tam edition of I Spit on Your Grave from
a Borders a year or so ago, in a pile of "Special Value"
books -- cheaper than cover, but not as cheap as the piles of
remainders. I think it's still in print. Also, Canongate has
it in print in the UK, with an intro by James Sallis (which
I'd be interested to read).
