LIVES. While supplies are indeed short, the 2000 edition is
not out of print, and you may order copies from the publisher
at www.gryphonbooks.com or through ABE. Cost is $15 plus
postage of $2 media mail, $4 priority.
So pleased at your interest in this little book. Eventually I
hope to include it in a larger volume comprising major
reviews, introductions to books such as the recent Charles
Willeford and Paco Taibo, essays on Patricia Highsmith,
Jean-Patrick Manchette, etc.
