**************** Thanks for the review, Chris. When I was looking to read BANGKOK 8, I read the Amazon reviews and someone said they liked it and also recommended THE PARADISE EATERS by Saul. I ended up reading the Saul book instead. It wasn't bad but it's not a big slam bang shoot- em-up book. Features a journalist, which is a hardboiled protagonist trade reaching way back to the first pulp. I've got BANGKOK 8 waiting on me now.
