Sure, but that nasty old bell curve is going to appear
whenever we assign these valuations. Essentially you're
complaining that most work is just average, or less. Has to
be and we'll just have to wade through them if there's any
merit at all in the idea being expressed. It's a pain.
Sometimes I think I'll be dead before I get to the really
good stuff, but there it is.
Many aspire, but few attain. Have to take the good with the
bad. Drink the bath water to kiss the baby. Something like
that.
Anyway, I just discovered a large bee in my office, and as
his criticisms are more stinging...
