I read the Burke article and several other things. Are all those old pulp cover scans from your magazines? If they are, pardon me while I drool a little with envy.

Please, no drooling necessary. These are mostly scans of the very few pulps I own, plus scans sent me by very kind and helpful friends and fellow fans, and scans I've picked up from eBay auctions and around the Internet.

Thanks very much for the kind words about the site! I've had some great help from Peter Ruber, Victor Berch and others, who have really put in the hours on most of the bibliographic and biographical work. But I'm very pleased to be able to provide this info -- it's the sort of material I was looking for when I first got interested in pulps and hard-boiled writing, and much of it was hard to find back then.
