I wish I had access to the original Anthony Boucher review of
THE GETAWAY. As I remember it (and we're in deep trouble if
we trust my memory), he said something about the future
doctoral theses being written about the ending. I don't know
of any theses, but I think a discussion on rara-avis is
probably much better.
