Can anyone suggest some noir songs to me? (Noir by whatever definition
works for you, that is.) There's a hell of a lot of music out there that
is doomy, but I don't think I'd call Nirvana noir, for example. Angst
and psychic pain thing are there alright, but it doesn't feel noir to
me. The singer/musician has to cope with the bad shit in a certain way
for it to be noir.
