To Richard and all who've been discussing Ralph Dennis is
recent post, my thanks. From their pointing me to him, I
finished RD's MACTAGGART'S WAR.
Terrific read. If you're an adrenaline junkie, the last 50
pages will satisfy you. The plot is about a group of six
Americans stealing across the border. Their objective is to
rip off England's gold supply sent to Canada for safekeeping
until WW 2 has ended.
The dj is misleading, IMO. It looks like a war novel but is
more of a crime novel. That comment was made about Dennis's
Hardman novels, ineffective packaging and marketing.
