RARA-AVIS: Pronzini: The Greatest of Them All? After Taboada, Thornton, Bowe rs

I've always liked his work, even the minor work, Nameless and otherwise...and he is the author of "Strangers in the Fog," one of the best suspense short stories I've read, in a class with Lansdale's "The Night They Missed the Horror Show" and Highsmith's "The Snail Watcher."

It is tough not being the degree of pioneer that the members of the first gen of 20th Century fiction writers were able to be. TM
