I didn't go, but the RAM newsgroup is buzzing with information. According to Becky Riordan, hardboiled author Rick's wife, Bill and Judy Crider won an award for best short story, "Chocolate Moose". Congrats to Bill and Judy!

Other:

Dennis Lehane won an Anthony award for best novel for MYSTIC RIVER.

C.J. Box won best first novel for OPEN SEASON.

S.J. Rozan won the Shamus for P.I. Novel Of The Year for Reflecting The Sky. This lady is really pulling in the awards.

Well, me talking about something I wasn't even at is pretty ridiculous considering all the rare birds that did attend. How did everything go, Jack, Bill, Jim, Manuel, and everybody else?
