C&L has several recent pubs or soon-to-be-pubs that may interest hardboiled fans.

Our new series of short stories, Crippen & Landru Lost Classics, published a book of little known tales by Craig Rice, MURDER, MYSTERY AND MALONE, and we have scheduled William Campbell Gault's MARKSMAN AND OTHER STORIES, edited by the subject of recent conversations, Bill Pronzini, and introduced by Gault's daughter Shelley. Many of the stories are from Manhunt, and feature P.I. Joe Puma.

We are in proofs for a new Hugh B. Cave collection, COME INTO MY PARLOR AND OTHER TALES FROM DETECTIVE FICTION WEEKLY, signed and introduced by Hugh -- who just celebrated his 92nd birthday.

Our Black Mask series begins with JO GAR'S CASEBOOK by Raoul Whitfield, which should go to press next week,

if you want to be on our e-list for announcements, please e-mail me at CrippenL@Pilot.Infi.Net
