The May 1, 2002, issue of _Booklist_ has an interview with
Hamilton that discusses, among other things, the recent
re-optioning of his books (reportedly by the director of the
recent Reese Witherspoon movie _Legally Blonde_--I'm not sure
this bodes well for a "serious" treatment of the Helm books),
as well as the reason why the 28th book in the series, _The
Dominators_, hasn't been sold--it's due to the decline in the
market for men's paperback originals. Still, Helm is
hopeful--a successful film would likely lead to the book's
publication.
