Brian, you'll probably get a lot of comments on that
statement about the commonalities in Macdonald's work. There
have been plenty of things said about that. I believe it was
Westlake who really raked Macdonald over the coals and said
that he just wrote the same book over and over. I forget who
responded by saying, "Yeah, but it's a really good
book."
