In case anyone wants a copy of Francis M. Nevins's enormous
and detailed biography of Cornell Woolrich, he has a few
copies left he'll sell. His address is nevinsfm@slu.edu.
Mysterious Press published it in 1988: 600 pages, including a
complete bibliography, lists of adaptations, some pictures.
etc. Nevins was (is?) a lawyer for the estate. If there were
books like this for all the original writers, we'd all be
very happy.
