Maybe that critic had in mind "flipping the bird." But this
gives a whole new meaning to "Bye, Bye Birdie."
And if the makers of The Iron Monkey had hired me as their
P.R. guy, they'd have made billions. In the trailer, after
some tough martial arts battle or other, the tagline for the
movie would flash on the screen: "Nobody Spanks the Iron
Monkey!" I figure we'd have broken the $100 million barrier
on the opening day.
