One note: I think Cutter, Bone & Mo from CUTTER AND BONE
should have been bundled as a number of other characters on
this list were. It's hard to think of one of them without
considering the other two, their characters were so tightly
wound around each other. I gave up two votes to list Cutter
and Bone (had to lose Doc McCoy to do it) and would have
tossed in Mo if I could have found one more character to cut.
