i would like to see the theme announced a month ahead of
time, with possibly a few authors suggested.
and british sounds fine with me. i'm not sure i've read much
in that area. i'm about halfway thru rankin's _black book_,
and the only other i can put my finger on is boris starling's
_messiah_. hmm... now that i think about it, the books are
somewhat similar. troubled cop with criminal brother is in
dysfunctional relationship with girlfriend/wife and is
chasing a murderer. hey! you brits got more than one plot?
