It's one of the hardest boiled pics I've ever seen. If I
remember, Carter fucks the tart who "turned out" his little
niece. After he confronts her, he makes her get into the
trunk of her little Triumph sportcar. (She's wearing a
mini-skirt, and it looks like it's 30 degrees outside.)
Later, at the crisis/climax when the heavies are after him,
they push the Triumph off the dock, and into the water. As it
sinks, (and we all know this slut is STILL inside the trunk,)
Carter doesn't even react!
Yeah, baby. Could be one of the toughest hard-boiled scenes
I've ever seen.
Obviously, I'm a fan of the pic. And "Croupier," as
well...
