RARA-AVIS: UK Traffik

I've seen this on DVD, I think, is it available on VHS in the US? (as I don't have a DVD.

I liked the (Latin hard-boiled?) Mexican plot in Soderbergh's "Traffic" and the scenes of teenage junkies were well-done, but I thought the rest of it fell flat; overall it ended up being smug and self-congratulatory instead of provocative.
