i've found an educated, cultured, and sophisticated american.
his name is spenser! oh yeah! hahaha. i just started my first
parker book, _the godwulf manuscript_, and it looks like
spenser is a big reader, familiar with joyce carol oates,
herbert marcuse, and shakespeare. he's a gourmet cook and an
wine connisieur (sp?) too. i'm plea- santly surprised.
i'm looking forward to seeing manhunter. thanks for the
