I told my wife Jerry Healy said abou writers starting to lose their sources for characters when they quit their jobs to write full time. She said she noticed that that when Scott Adams, the creator of the comic strip, Dilbert, was fired by PacBell.he seemed to lose his contact with reality. Before it had bite. Now it's just wierd and crazy. Mark
