Thinking back on my one visit to Boston - it was an
educational-type summer enrichment thing where they taught us
about the Harbor pollution controversy and took us on a
"cruise" out to Deer Island (or is that a prison? it was some
island) where the sewage treatment plant was being built at
the time
(1992). Doesn't sound exactly scenic but it was a pretty day
and I got some nice pictures of boats on the water and the
skyline/Old North church.
Yes this is all leading to a question - any good Boston
mysteries that prominently feature the harbor or deal with
water/pollution issues?
