I don't know about non-translated editions, but there's a writer named Sebastian Japrisot who's pretty good. He's only borderline noir; he reminds me most of the Swedish writing team of Maj Sjowall and Per Wahloo. His more recent stuff is even less noirish, but supposedly even better (especially A VERY LONG ENGAGEMENT and WOMEN IN EVIDENCE, both of which I'm looking forward to reading).
