I completely agree; I'm just saying, Parker's behavior in
"Green Eagle" struck me as a rookie mistake, like he wasn't
even paying any attention to his surroundings. I don't mind,
and even welcome, when a character does something totally
unexpected if that twist is well told. But the "Green Eagle"
misstep felt more than anything like a mere plot device;
Parker is usually filled with a healthy suspicion of those
he's working with, and wouldn't you know it, this time it
just doesn't cross his mind.
