I saw this movie just last night on cable (The Movie Channel I think, not the Sundance Channel) and laughed my ass off. It's fantastic. (And a needed relief from the grim realities of the last week.)

But the version I saw of the movie was (for the most part) in color! Are there two versions out there? I thought the color photography caught the 50s feel very well, but I have heard other people mention the film was in black and white. What's the deal?
