It's possible, but not if you're trying it for the first
time. Handcuff locks are (or used to be, anyway--times
change) very, very simple. Many police departments now use
those plastic things that look like garbage bag ties because
handcuffs are easily defeatable. (Also, I suspect, because
they are cheaper.)

keeps growing and growing. I'm really anticipating his HOPE
