Weren't a number of the Block standalones -- Specialists,
Such Men Are Dangerous and a few others, plus two volumes of
Chip Harrison doubles -- in print from Foul Play Press at the
time of the original Black Lizard series, before it was
swallowed by Vintage? And at least one, Mona, was put out
later by Carroll & Graf.
