Some enterprising publisher has started putting out the Bond
books again -- well, at least shipping them to the United
States (I believe the publisher is British). I haven't seen
Casino Royale yet, but I have spotted Dr. No and Goldfinger
at my local Borders.
If you go to www.vintagelibrary.com, you can check out some
of the new editions. They've also got a lot of nice
hardboiled/noir/mystery stuff, including Carroll John Daly's
