A late night spontaneous response: Someone who knows Florida better can respond, but the season in Florida comes to an end about then. People just down for the winter leave. Also two famous poetic beginnings: "April is the cruelest month" (Eliot), taking from Chaucer "Whan that Aprill with his shoures soote [sweet showers]..." Come to think of it, Travis McGee gets a lot of pilgrims. Doug
