TIME TO HUNT is not one, but two great books in one. Half the
book tells the story of Bob Lee Swagger's time in Viet Nam as
a sniper extraodinaire, the other half deals with a complex
present day situation that grew from the seeds of that time.
As always, Hunter delivers the goods with the same kind of
precision and skill demonstrated by his protagonists.
TIME TO HUNT was actually the novel preceding HOT SPRINGS,
which deals with Bob's daddy, Earl Swagger, cleaning up Hot
Springs, Arkansas in 1946.
Both books are highly recommended for fans of hard boiled
adventure.
