RARA-AVIS: thanks

Thanks to all who gave me the title "Last Man Standing." I had recognized the RED HARVEST as well as the Japanese and Italian influences. I very much enjoyed it. One other thought: William Sanderson is a nice heir to Elisha Cook, Jr. for this type role. I doubt he could play the tough weasels as well as Cook but then I doubt Cook would have been as effective on the Bob Newhart television program. Cook could do comedy as witness "The Black Bird" and even a short bit on Jackie Gleason's Honeymooners.
