I've been keeping an eye peeled around town and checked a couple of favourite on-line stores (not the meta-searchers like bookfinder.com, where I'm sure there are many copies) but haven't been able to get a copy of CHINAMAN'S CHANCE, by Ross Thomas, our August reading selection. Have other people been able to find it? I won't get misty if I read it late, but I hope those who wanted to read it for next month were able to get it.

I forgot about the library, actually. I'll check there.
