Okay, you've convinced me to try Prather's Shell Scott books.
So, where should I start? Are some books in the series better
than others?
Today, I saw several in a bookstore (they don't seem very
hard to find). Rather arbitrarily, I picked up Dance with the
Dead. I also bought a non-Scott Prather, The Peddler, and a
Frank Gruber, Swing Low, Swing Dead. How'd I do?
