COLD CALLER is excellent. It's about a rather pathetic, and slightly nasty, guy called Bill Moss, who does something bad. Despite this, Jason Starr makes him so sympathetic that the reader (this one, anyway!) just can't help hoping that he'll get away with it. Like NOTHING PERSONAL, it's a book that becomes grimmer as it progresses. I loved it!
