i've just started THE MONKEY'S RAINCOAT, my first crais, and
i'm really enjoying it. now that i'm reading one of his
books, i have vague memories of crais discussions that i
ignored (i tried to check the archives, but since i have no
idea when this was, i didn't have any success)-- am i correct
in remembering that many people didn't like LA REQUIEM? what
about the cole/pike novels in between? are they the same
quality as THE MONKEY'S RAINCOAT seems to be, ok is this one
an exception?
