What do you think of such fifties and sixties female writers
as Doris Miles Disney, Ursula Curtiss and Charlotte
Armstrong? Would you regard them as noir or hardboiled? I'm
trying to decide whether to include them in my pulp/paperback
bibliography, but if they don't qualify as genre pieces, I
drop them off.
