For those of you who have recovered enough from 8MM to try
another detective movie, there may be good news. It was
announced yesterday
(although it may be old news) that Universal has in
development Cold Case, about a Manhattan detective 30-year
struggle to solve the murder of a restauranteur. The good
news is the script will be by John Sayles. With his gift for
characterization, this could be one worth watching.
