The only commercial traffic permitted on the list is the odd
discreet announcement from an author (or perhaps publisher)
about a new hardboiled or noir book gone to press. This would
not include huge monthly dumps from Avon or Bantam, though,
and also does not include wanted lists or lists of titles
someone is getting rid of. Writers on the list should feel
free to mention relevant titles coming out, but going beyond
that would drag the list down and is inappropriate given that
we're hosted at a non-profit (see www.icomm.ca).
