Mark: Glad to hear you've become another Whittington fan. I
don't know about air-conditioned phone booths, never having
been in one. And of course I haven't seen a phone booth in
years except in old movies. The crack about the Girl Scout
cookie was, I think, just that: a crack. It was supposed to
be funny.
