In 1995 when Izzi was having difficulty finding an American publisher he published two titles in the United Kingdom, Bulletin from the Street and Safe Harbour, as paperbacks from Arrow. Safe Harbour has been printed in this country as Safe Harbor--has Bulletin in the Street? Under some other title?
