I did an interview with Block which appeared in The Third
Degree, and the poker session is mentioned in there.
Unfortunately, I don't have any of that material to hand. I
think Lynn Munroe (excellent catalog, a guy who not only
finds the rarest of birds - sorry books - but researches,
finds pseudonyms, and whose catalog is going on-line I
believe) mentions the book also in one of his lists.
