I've avoided the new version of the
Getaway because of my love of McQueen's performance in the
first one, and complaints I've heard about Baldwin/Bassinger
in the second. I'll pick it up this weekend.
For those who have not done so, I
would recommend the movie version of
"The Grifters" with John Cusack, Annette Benning, and
Anjelica Houston. Great flick and true hard-boiled.
