As Kevin Smith (who must read the digest version of the list,
not the regular one) noticed, Digest Vol. 2 No. 1000 is here.
That's 1000 digests sent out since the icomm.ca disk crash of
July 1997. I thought about starting Vol. 3, but I'll do that
when the new year starts, and do them by year from now on,
not that it really matters. In January the list will be three
years old.
