I, too, have no Bond discussion objections. I'm saying he's hard-boiled becuase of that cold heart of his that we saw early on.

I enjoyed Quinten Tarantino's idea for how he would direct a Bond flick
(said on Charlie Rose once), which was to take "Casino Royale," set it in the sixties again, make it a "smaller" film, with James Bond as the cold hearted bastard who, after assasinating his female target, uttered that last line, "The bitch is dead."

The IDEA of Bond, the one we want to get back to, is now more interesting than the current movies or original novels.
