Anyway, I think there was one other book and then...nothing.
Does anyone know what happened to him? Is he still writing?
Is he dead?
I don't know much, except that THE CONSULTANT by Tom Kakonis
was scheduled for release this Dec, but was cancelled by
Dutton, the publisher. The title was first listed in my
ordering database 3 years ago, but was just recently updated
with the cancellation information.
Also, S. J. Rozan interviewed Sara Paretsky in the 10/25 PW.
And, Mickey Spillane was featured in a one page interview
accompanied by a huge one page photo in Uncut magazine this
month.
And, thanks Bill Crider - I'm enjoying the Pronzini book you
practically forced me to buy at Bouchercon!
