Jesse Sublett has a nice article on Thompson in the latest issue of TEXAS MONTHLY. There's nothing new about Thompson (if you've read the biographies), but there's some nice background on the places where Thompson worked as a young man and what they look like now.

And if you don't like Thompson, the magazine also has some good recipes for Mexican food.
